Business integrations and APIs.
We connect the systems you already use and build the APIs you are missing, so information arrives complete, on time, and where it needs to go.
Your CRM has one record, your ERP has another, and your store has a third. When someone needs to know what happened with a customer, they open several tabs, export a file, and hope everything is current.
An integration puts that work into the system. Data moves between tools according to the rules your operation needs, and your team no longer has to bridge applications by hand.
What we connect
CRM and sales
Leads, companies, contacts, quotes, and stage changes. Information enters once and is available to the team that needs to act on it.
ERP, invoicing, and payments
Orders, invoices, payments, and collection status synced without entering again what already exists in another system.
E-commerce and operations
Inventory, orders, shipments, and returns connected to internal operations so the data customers see matches what the team uses.
Custom software and APIs
Endpoints for an internal platform to share data with vendors, customers, mobile apps, or any system that needs to consume it.
The integration is designed before it is connected
Connecting two APIs is the visible part. Before that, we define which system is the source of truth, which data can change, when it needs to sync, and what happens when one returns an error.
That prevents the common failure: two systems that appear connected until an update arrives late, creates a duplicate customer, or leaves an invoice unrecorded.
Each flow includes logs, retries where appropriate, and a clear way to review exceptions.
When a custom API makes sense
A custom API makes sense when your operation already depends on a system that needs to exchange data with others, without exposing the database or relying on manual exports.
We build it with authentication, permissions, and documentation. If another company or your own team will consume it, they know which data it returns, how to request it, and which errors to expect.
Start with the data that takes the most work
During discovery, we map how information moves today, who touches it, and where it gets lost. From there, we choose a narrow first integration and define the rest of the plan.
If the problem is broader than connecting systems, we can review whether process automation or custom software is the better fit.
