AI chatbots and agents.
First-contact support on WhatsApp, your site, and internal channels. They answer from your own information and hand the conversation to a person when they should.
Most of the messages a business receives are the same ten. Hours, prices, availability, order status, how to get started. Answering them eats someone’s time, and when that someone is busy the lead goes to whoever replied first.
A well-built chatbot takes that first contact and leaves your team the conversations that actually need judgment.
What we build
WhatsApp chatbot
On the WhatsApp Business API, the business version: verified number, several agents on one number, approved templates, and a connection to your systems. It answers common questions, takes orders, books appointments, and checks status against your database.
Website assistant
A chat that knows your catalog and your documentation. It resolves questions before the purchase and lowers support load after it.
Lead qualification
Instead of a form nobody fills in, a short conversation that asks what is needed, builds the lead profile, and drops it into your CRM with the context of what they said.
Internal agents
Over your own documentation: policies, manuals, processes. The team asks in plain language instead of digging through a shared folder.
How we keep it from inventing answers
This is the most common objection and the most reasonable one. A language model left loose answers anything with confidence, and in customer support that gets expensive.
What we do: the agent answers only from sources you control, with explicit instructions to say it does not know when the information is missing.
Actions that touch money, inventory, or personal data go through validation before they execute. Every conversation is logged and tagged, so you can review what was answered and correct it.
On high-risk projects we start with the bot suggesting replies to a human rather than sending them alone. Once the numbers earn trust, it goes live on its own.
What it costs to run
Three things are worth separating from the start, because they behave differently.
What we charge to build it is quoted by scope, based on how many systems it connects to and how complex the logic is.
Separately there is what Meta charges per conversation on the WhatsApp Business API, and from 1 October 2026 service messages inside the 24-hour window stop being free: if your volume is high, that line ends up outweighing development. Then there is the per-query cost of the language model, which in practice is usually the cheapest of the three.
You get an estimate for all three before you decide.
When a chatbot is not the answer
If your problem is that nobody follows up on the leads you already have, a new chatbot does not fix it: that is sales follow-up automation. If the problem is that your catalog lives in three places and none of them is current, that comes first.
The free diagnostic exists to tell which of those your case is.
